Rain Won’t Ruin This Parade
I’ve been kind of bummed that I hit a weight loss plateau for the last 2 weeks, and while I worked out so hard that I thought my heart was going to pop out of my mouth, I managed to shed a lb. of water weight/fat/whatever. I’m so happy I managed to overcome my “brick wall” so to speak. It seems I hit a plateau every 10 lbs, so I should expect this 3 more times before I get to where I want to be. Then the really hard part of my body transformation will start…
Anyhoo, I’m actually looking forward to David and Christine coming over and showing them how to do an oil change on their Mini. Maybe I’m just weird but it’s kind of like doing Cherise’s first oil change all over again. And even better since the weather is cold and damp, haha.
UPDATE: Christine and David took me out to lunch and it completely nullified my workout this morning. Boo.
Also David made me lol’z when he spilt oil all over the garage floor. I’m telling ya, Mini’s are tricky when it comes to oil changes. Plus I think Christine decided her Cooper was a boy and named it Edward after the Twilight book series, haha.
