Fatty, Be Gone

I’ve increased my cardio time to 45 minutes now. Only three days into it and I’m feeling pretty dang good. I’ll most likely continue on with this time frame for another 3 months and then up the time to an hour of cardio.
As always, it’s followed up by weight training and lots of protein at the end of the session.
