So I Plateaued…
With Khang’s advice, I decided to take exactly 7 days off from going to the gym. To sum up the experience, I was uber bored.
The awesome part was when I weighed myself after those 7 days off. Keep in mind I was being a total junkie for food. I ate lots of bad fast food, snacked, etc, and you know what?
I didn’t gain a single pound. If anything, I lost like 5 ounces. Amazing.
I am picking up the gym regimen this week though, but it’s hard to get back into the scheduling and what not. Also it’s been so cold, I hate going out into the cold in my workout clothes and freezing my ass off on the way in. However, on the way out, it’s actually a refreshing feeling.
I figure if I still can’t drop any weight, it’s time to mix up how long I stay at the gym and my dieting habits.
